Successful on paper, quietly running on empty.

A bilingual virtual private practice for high-functioning adults — especially healthcare professionals, Hispanic and close-knit, family-centered cultures — who want structured, insight-oriented therapy for growth, stress, and self-understanding. Not crisis care.

Who I Work With

Therapy for the people who hold a lot — and want somewhere honest to put it down.

My practice serves three overlapping audiences. The common thread: you're high-functioning, your life looks fine from the outside, and you're ready to do real work — not just talk in circles.

Primary Focus

Healthcare professionals

Physicians, residents, nurses, pharmacists, and administrators carrying the perfectionism, identity fusion, and difficulty being on the other side of the table.

Growth-Oriented Adults

Founders, leaders & high-achievers

Graduate students, women in leadership, neurodivergent professionals, creatives — people who want depth work, not just symptom management.

Bicultural & Bilingual

Hispanic / Latino clients

First- and second-generation clients navigating collectivist family dynamics, obligation, and identity work — in either English or Spanish, without translation drag.

Valeria Londono, LMHC — clinician at Vitara Therapy
— Hi, I'm Valeria.
About the clinician

Born in Colombia. Raised in Florida. Working at the intersection of both.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than a decade in the field. I started in residential treatment, ran groups in substance abuse, provided family therapy through a hospital system during COVID, and worked in foster care — high-acuity work that taught me what good therapy looks like across the full spectrum.

This practice is built for a different kind of work: depth, growth, and pattern-level change for adults who are functioning well and want more than that. I work in English and Spanish, and I bring strong cultural competency for Hispanic/Latino clients navigating collectivist family dynamics, obligation, and identity work.

How the Work Is Structured

Defined programs. Built-in re-assessments. Not therapy that drifts forever.

After our first 2–3 sessions, we'll talk about what kind of program fits the work you want to do. Every 90 days, we pause for a formal treatment review — what's working, what isn't, and where to go next.

My Approach

Insight-oriented. Evidence-based. Built for people who came to do real work.

"You won't have to explain your world to me."

I integrate CBT, ACT, DBT-informed work and Emotionally Focused Therapy — choosing tools based on the work, not the brand. The thread underneath: depth and self-understanding alongside concrete skills. We address underlying patterns, not just surface symptoms, inside a clear clinical structure.

I'm spiritually open and values-engaged without being faith-specific. If meaning and purpose matter to you, they belong in the room. If they don't — that's fine too.
